Meditation is one of the simplest, most effective things you can do for your health...not to mention, it's free and you can do it anywhere! Yet so few people practice it. Start with 5 minutes. Turn off all electronics. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, release all tension from your body. Clear your mind and focus only on your breath. Slowly inhale through the nose, relax and let go as you exhale. Repeat. When your mind wanders, and it will, return your focus to your breath or to something you are grateful for.
And if you don't have time to meditate, you need it more than anyone!
